Patented Vacuum-Vibro compaction process delivers truly sturdy, non-porous surfaces & high intensity programmable laminar mixers enable maximum quartz to binder ratio. This ensures extremely compact, high-performance slabs.

Consistent

The highest degree of design and feature consistency is assured with fully automated weighing and charging systems, automated design technologies & programmable components. Besides, curing consistency across the slab is achieved by using LPG kiln with automated temperature control systems.

Creative

Features like programmable dry pigment distributor for short veins, advanced robotic arms, special mixers, etc., enable limitless design and color options. While the slabs are intricately designed, Quantum can be produced in high volumes, at high speeds.
